Please note that on 1/20, 2018 USPS prices and restrictions go into effect.  In addition to the normal small increase in postage, this includes new USPS International First Class restrictions, signficantly increasing costs for small international packages.  The new shipping prices reflect these changes.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

No minimum purchases or lot limits!

Free shipping on any Domestic US order over $100!

Orders will be shipped within two (2) business days after payment is received and has cleared. PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) and Stripe clear immediately, but payment received via PayPal check, cashier’s check, or money order must clear before your order will be shipped.

Insurance is available for domestic orders and required on international orders.  If your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will request some pictures from you to make a claim, and then will reimburse you immediately.  If we believe an order is lost in transit, we will reimburse the full cost of the order (inicluding shipping) after a waiting period (20 days for domestic and 40 days for international).

Although quality control is important at Bug & Bear Brickworks, we are human and mistakes are possible. For issues with an order, please contact us as soon as you identify a problem.  Because we value you as a customer, we will work with you to quickly resolve any error.

 

International Shipments:

USPS no longer allows international shipments to be shipped as first class large envelope if it contains anything other than documents.  This forces all international orders to be shipped as "Packages", which severely increases the shipping cost.  Going forward, we will be using a sorting facility that all of our international mail will route through.  This may take an extra day or two, but will allow us to keep shipping prices at a reasonable level.  The international rates only increased by $2.50 for us, where this change would have normally been a $7-10 increase.

PARTS CONDITION:

NEW PARTS: From new Lego sets or directly from Lego. Some fine scratches may occur due to Legos contacting each other in the original box, or during shipping to you.

USED PARTS: Some minor play wear can be expected on used parts. Parts are sorted to remove any that are more than a little discolored, worn, bitten, cracked or stressed. While our product is in a smoke-free environment, used parts may have come in contact with smoke in their previous homes.

MINIFIGS: New minifigs come assembled unless otherwise noted.  All parts are listed on the Bricklink parts listing. Minifigs listed as new are in perfect shape and have not been played with. Minifigs listed as used may have scratches and/or discoloration. Minifigs do not come with any weapons or accessories, unless that is listed on the Bricklink parts list.

DISCOLORATION: Used Legos often have some shading differences, especially in parts that are white and light gray, which tend to show more discoloration with age than other colors. There are no refunds or returns due to discoloration.  If a pure color is needed, especially for white or gray parts, it is best to buy them new.

SCRATCHES: Used smooth parts like windscreens, windows, panels, and tiles (especially black or translucent) often show scratches more than other parts do. If parts are more than mildly scratched, it will be indicated.  If you need smooth parts that are pristine, it is best to buy them new.
